About Us

Dr Stefanie Williams is a board certified (Germany) Dermatologist with a special interest in Cosmetic Dermatology. After finishing Medical School and qualifying as a fully licensed Doctor in Germany, she started her specialisation training in Dermatology and Venereology. On passing the rigorous German Specialisation exam, she was awarded the title of Specialist in Dermatology and Venereology by the Hamburg Medical Council.

She has gained extensive clinical experience in both Germany and the UK. Her interest in cutting-edge skin research led her to receive a number of prestigious awards. Her research interests include photobiology, bioengineering of the skin and investigations into the effects of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures and cosmeceuticals on skin physiology.

Dr Williams is founder and Medical Director of European Dermatology London, a private Dermatology clinic in London’s Harley Street and Kensington & Chelsea. She lectures and performs reseach in Cosmetic Science, University of the Arts, London.

She is author and co-author of more than 130 scientific articles, book chapters and abstracts. She is also reviewer for several leading dermatology journals, frequently speaks at international conferences and teaches in work-shops.

Dr Williams and her research have appeared in a variety of magazines and newspapers, including Daily Telegraph, Tatler, Daily Mirror, Metro, Stylist, Daily Express, Madame (Germany), Daily Mail, London Evening Standard, Saga and The Herold Sun. Dr Williams has also been named as one of Britain’s best Cosmetic Doctors in Tatler magazine.

Dr Williams is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group, the European Society for Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology, the Royal Society of Medicine, the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, Hamburg Medical Council and GMC.
