How To Use:

Morning: 

• After cleansing, apply 4-5 drops of SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF serum to face, neck, chest and/or hands 
• After 2 mins. apply SkinCeuticals Pigment Regulator, as tolerated  
• After 2-5 mins. apply Lumixyl cream 
• After 5 mins. apply Heliocare Gel SPF 90 

• This can be followed with Susan Posnick ColorFlo powder make-up 
• For best results re-apply sun protecting Heliocare Gel SPF 90 or Susan Posnick's ColorFlo every 2-3 hours during the day 

Evening: 

• After cleansing, apply SkinCeuticals Pigment Regulator  to face, neck, chest and/or hands (as tolerated)  
• After 2-5 mins. apply Lumixyl cream

Benefits: 

By using different modes of action against pigmentation, this system works extremely effectively. The active ingredient in Lumixyl inhibits tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for new pigment formation. It therefore prevents excess melanin production without the risk of irritation and the potentially harmful effects of bleaching ingredients such as hydroquinone.  Pigment Regulator combines kojic acid and emblica along with a highly efficient exfoliating blend, optimized to inhibit the production of excess melanin, prevent excess melanin from traveling to the skin’s surface, and accelerate natural shedding of pigment already built and stored. Phloretin CF is a potent multifunctional anti-oxidant containing 10% pure vitamin C, plus ferulic acid and phloretin, an antioxidant derived from apples. It is an ideal addition to treatment of pigmentation. Phloretin CF also corrects sun damage and helps prevent future UV-damage from occurring. 

To be effective, any anti-pigmentation system should include high-factor, broad-spectrum (UVA/UVB) sun protection.  Heliocare Gel provides high protection (SPF 90) in a very light base, plus antioxidant ingredients. Remember, all sun protection products should ideally be re-applied every 2-3 hours when outdoors. But if you're really serious about tackling your pigmentation problem, avoid the sun completely whenever you can.

Warning:

Please introduce SkinCeuticals Pigment Regulator gradually, as overuse might cause irritation. Use twice per week only in the first two weeks, then every other day for the next two weeks. Then increase to once daily, and eventually to twice daily, if tolerated.
