This is a highly effective anti-ageing night cream for normal skin. I love retinaldehyde as anti-ageing ingredient. As a direct precursor of 'gold standard' vitamin A derivative, tretinoin, not only can the skin use it more efficiently, but it is has also been shown to be less irritating than both tretinoin and high-strength retinol. This product also contains additional soothing ingredients.
Suitable for normal skin.
Oily and combination skin types should avoid this, in my opinion.

How to use:

Apply to face, neck and chest each evening, as tolerated

Use after cleansing. Try Jan Marini Bioglycolic Facial Cleanser

Might be preceeded by SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Gel, if additional moisture is needed

Don't forget that you need a good antioxidant serum such as SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic; and sun protection such as SkinCeuticals Sun Defense SPF 20 in the morning

Warning:
Do not use vitamin A derivatives if you are pregnant or lactating, taking prescription acne medication or undergoing a skin peel regime. Always wear sun protection during the day, when using a vitamin A derivative cream.
