We are happy to refund all unopened goods returned to us within 14 days. Any returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. In order to return any goods, please follow these steps:

Step 1 
Let us know by email to sales@eudeloboutique.com and include your order number, provided in the documentation accompanying your order, together with details of the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

Step 2
We will reply to your email and confirm the address to which the package should be returned. Please then complete the returns form that accompanied your order and return it together with the goods to this address.

Please retain your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. All goods must be wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them. 

Step 3
We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We will ensure that you are refunded by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.

Please note that we cannot refund the delivery costs, when you send an item back.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you can cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please follow the instructions given above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
