I have honestly never found another mask that leaves my skin feeling as refreshed as this one. It deeply exfoliates, which helps to accelerate cell turnover. It also contains azalaic acid, an ingredient which improves skin clarity and helps treat irregular pigmentation.

How to use:

Use once or twice weekly

Please carry out a trial patch test behind your ear and leave on for ten minutes, before first facial use

Massage into clean, dry skin on the face, neck and chest. Leave for five to 10 minutes - you might feel some mild tingling or stinging - then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Finish with one last cold water rinse.

Replace antioxidants lost from your skin with a serum such as SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic for normal skin or Phloretin CF for combination and oily skin.

Benefits:
As we age, natural cell turnover slows making our skin look dull and rough. Exfoliation helps to accelerate skin cell turnover so that skin appears smoother, brighter and more glowing. This mask contains lactic acid (an AHA) combined with other ingredients for effective exfoliation.
Although regular exfoliation is important, we should never overdo it - once or twice per week is sufficient. Also remember that exfolitation removes so the skin's natural antioxidants on the skin. It is therefore very important to apply a good antioxidant serum directly after rinsing off any exfoliating product.
This mask also contains azelaic acid - an ingredient well-known to dermatologists. In my clinic, I regularly prescribe it in a high-dose cream for patients with acne rosacea and pigmentation problems.
A small amount of palmitoyl pentapeptide-3 used here is a little skin-rejuvenating bonus.
