Make Up

I love mineral powder base, because it looks good and is least likely to irritate the skin. It's a quick, easy-to-use foundation, concealer and powder all in one which also provides extra sun protection, completely free from chemical UV filters. Micro-fine and lightweight, mineral powder adjusts easily to your skin tone and suits most skin types.

Very rarely, acne-prone skin may suffer a breakout after using a mineral powder. However, this is often not caused by the powder itself, but by not replacing the brush frequently enough. So if you suffer with oily skin, make sure you cleanse the brush at least once per week, using a simple baby shampoo, and replace the brush with a new one once per month.  If this still does not help, stop using the mineral powder make-up.

My favourite liquid foundation, which is amazing to apply after a cosmetic procedure, is Lycogel, a breathable medical camouflage. This is also well suited for breakout prone skin and for everyday use as 'normal' make-up.
