Masks

Masks are designed to be left on the skin for a limited period - usually between five and 30 minutes, once or twice per week. They are meant to supplement your skincare routine, either by supplying more active ingredients, or additional benefits. Some also claim to be 'rescue remedies' for skin emergencies, or the ideal pick-me-up treatment before an important occasion. In my opinion, certain ingrdients are well-suited to masks. Others however, don't appear to make much sense, since their contact with skin is neither long nor frequent enough to do any real good.    more information...
